Yoga moves

Yoga moves always begin with the breathing exercises. Any yoga move that is difficult can be avoided and the body should not be strained. Though they are very gentle they provide a good result for mind and body. In general all the parts of the body will depend on other muscles to carry their weight. But the yoga moves will teach the parts to carry their own weight. The yoga moves will provide good posture to the body by strengthening the muscles around the spine. It is recommended to practice yoga moves in empty stomach. Early morning is ideal for doing yoga moves.
The yoga which begins with self realization is called Sahaja yoga whereas other yoga ends with self realization. Another different type of yoga is laughter yoga. This yoga combines the breathing and unconditional laughter. The body doesn’t know to differentiate the real laughter and the fake. This is the concept behind the laughter yoga. Laughter is also an exercise to the body which has beneficial effects. Many clubs have been opened which organizes laughter yoga sessions periodically and thereby promote this very concept. This yoga has started gaining more attention from people due to its unique nature. The combined effect of asana, meditation, breathing and laughter makes a healthy body and calm soul.
